7 Reasons To Make Your Own Pasta

Have eggs, flour, a bread-roller, and a knife? Well congratulations, you have everything you need need to make your very own pasta. Or if you can't afford the time or just want to make the job a little easer? Buy a pasta machine to have the rolling and cutting all done for you. Some pasta machines will even mix and knead the ingredients for you so all you do is drop some flour and eggs in and push go!

Yes. You can roll it out using a rolling pin (or even a clean broom handle) and cut it by hand or use a pasta cutter.
